Hey.Having played it and finished it I can say no its not.Not by far.Its actually the worst in the series in my opinion.You cant hide bodies.It has what basically is VATS mode from fallout.The stealth aspect is dull and not as satisfying as the previous games.That and my 1st play through took less than 5 hours.
