Cause i read the first post of blog its about iPhone / iPad / iPod
 
I think it's just another webpage talking about jailbreak. not official one asyou see in their post:

They don't give the exactly the date and no sign of comexxx (founder of Spirit).

they changed the date of download link from July5th to august 5th.
