Is this woman not the typical example of why affirmative action and quota's installing the unqualified minorities over the qualified don't work ?

The Supreme Court turned over six of six of Appeals Judge Alito's decisions that they reviewed. Sotomayer has a better record than that. This was a 5-4 decision, so once she's on the bench things will be pretty evenly divided.
