Is Sotomayor a good reason to consider Supreme Court term limits?

I believe sometimes, the Judges stay to long. Example, I cannot make quality decisions with a bad cold, yet some of these judges stay, even tho they are sick with cancer, on top of old age. I don't believe such people can render quality decisions in that condition.
