Is someone bisexual even if they haven't slept with the same sex?

Yes, you are right. People repress their desires often times to be "normal" (heterosexual), but really have often very strong desires to be sexual with the same sex. They repress/suppress these desires.

Well, how do middle school girl's know they like guys? They haven't slept with any, they just know cause it's physical attraction, not necessarily sex.

I don't think so. How can you know if you really desire something if you haven't tried it? You get a box of chocolates and they all look good, but some might be filled with chili, orange, and chopped up liver. So you think it might be good, but really once you try it, you don't like it.

Though there is the theory that everyone is bisexual, and that they don't act on it because of societal norms and whatnot.

i agree with you. for a long time i only slept with women, but i always knew that i was bi and that i wanted to be with a man. i was just scared.

I've never had sex with a girl, but I do know that I'm extremely attracted to them, and I've enjoyed kissing girls just as much as I have guys.
So, I know I'm definitely not heterosexual. I don't see why I would have to consider myself straight just because I haven't been up close and personal with anyone else's vagina- I'm a teenager.

Would you consider someone asexual until they've had sex with someone, and then stick them with whatever sexuality they've engaged in?
