According to what the govt says, it is not legal to smoke anywhere. it will kill him, his co-workers, his boss, the people walking down the street, the sidewalk will die from second hand smoke, the street lights will go out forever and your second cousin in New Orleans will kick out too.
We wil all have to quit smoking, dipping and chewing as the prices on tobacco products are rising steadily
I don't really think it would be illegal, but who am I to say?
