and also, if its used in the US is it accepted state-by-state or federally. i wouldnt be at all surprised in the defense department and home land security would use it. get some on a suspected terrorist in pakistan by an agent walking past the subject in the crowd and brushes his wrist with the chemical, have an air analyzer at every airport and entry to the country and key domestic locations, and you dont even their DNA sample to still get a positive match. It kinda seem silly though for civilian use except like jewelry and an expensive car.
