Its not like i want it that way, but i just happen to sleep at really odd times. One day i'll sit upto 6 in the morning and then sleep, sometimes i sleep for hours at noon and other days i go to bed early. I can't seem to force myself to sleep at any particular time everyday. I can only sleep if i am really feeling sleepy.
Is this disastrous to my health in any way? Or is it ok to life my life as i live it now?
