Is Sirius radio always available on a 2007 Ford Fusion - or just SE & up - or not

at all? 2008 started the Sync option, so I know that has Sirius, but what about 2007? Can I be sure if I buy a used 2007 Fusion SE that it has Sirius radio already availible in the built in stereo system?
