Monday- Shibashi 20 minutes
Tuesday- Workout 40 minutes (10 of running, 10 of exercise bike, 10 of boxing and 10 of weights)
Wednesday- Shibashi 20 minutes
Thursday- Workout 40 minutes (10 of running, 10 of exercise bike, 10 of boxing and 10 of weights)
Friday- Shibashi 20 minutes
Saturday- Workout 40 minutes (10 of running, 10 of exercise bike, 10 of boxing and 10 of weights)
Sunday- OFF
Monday- Shibashi 20 minutes
