Is she playing games? Guys and girls I need some ideas on this?

I have gone out with a 29 year old girl (6 years older than me) four times, and talked to her for about 3 weeks on the phone. We kissed for the first time in my car on the fourth date for 45 mins this Saturday and she was very willing. She started nagging on Sunday, that she is not ready for a relationship, and that I am younger, it might not work out for a long time, lob lob lob, but I convinced her that things will be fine and asked to go out on Monday to talk, and she said ok. SHe brought up an excuse yesterday, so we arranged on the phone to go out tonight, but now she tpld me that she is tired, but later changed back to the same subject that she is not prepared, etc. But she likes me, and says that, and sends kisses everytime on phone when I ask her too + was very willing during the making out. What should I do, and how should I handle this?
