okay so im not planning on doing it i was just wondering. if u just talk about like different stuff about sex and like what you would do. but not send any pics. just like txt sexy stuff. is it legal. again i don't plan on doing it me and my friends are just having a debate
Sending sexual messages is not necessarily illegal. It can be incriminating in certain situatiosn however. Pictures can be. It can be considered child porn if the person is under the age of 18.
No, it is legal if you are old enough. If you are under age, then if someone posts those pictures online and guys/girls over age 18 are viewing them they can go to jail for kiddie porn use.
