Is SexNurseBot a genuine chat bot?

My son added an email address called [email protected], and he started asking her personal questions. He says his teacher recommended it if they didn't feel as if they could talk to someone real. I imagine that it's a real person on the other end but I just wondered whether you thought its safe
 
...you're allowing your "son" to talk to someone he doesn't know? And someone name sex nurse bot of all things? His teacher said talk to THAT if they can't talk to real people? This sounds fake...If not, your stupid and the teacher is stupid.
 
Yeah windows msn has loads of computers set up to answer questions. It should be completely safe but if when you ask: What are you? It does not answer as something like: A super computer set out to answer questions Then you should delete the contact.
