Is Sex before marriage a sin or against Gods covenant?

I'm speaking froma Christian/Biblical point of view.

I know they would contradict the commandments but I am told this was Gods covenant with the Jews of that time and is no longer in effect as we are now under Grace.

The only Covenant I can now find is that we shoul dlove God and love one another (Do unto others etc) and sex before marriage does not seem to go against this. In fact it seems to be harmoniuous with the loving others part!

I could do with knowing as it may affect decisions I will make soon. Sex with someone you love should surely not be sinful should it?

And if it is sinful will i risk Hell by doing it and not being sorry (even if i still love and accept Jesus as Lord?)

It is considered fornication. Which is a very big sin; a sin many people have looked down upon because it has become widely accepted. But as we know it, God, Jehovah, doesn't change. He is the same God that inspired 2 Timothy 3:1-5.
