I am 21 and enrolled full-time @ FIU but want a job that I can make good money either part or full-time, mold my schedule, and study either part-time or 3/4 time so as to finish my BA in Art History degree. Can or is real estate a good job for this? If not, what would be a good job?
I am not in desperate need of money as I do not pay anything but gas, phone. I am more concerned about having the time to study but make some money on the side as well.
*I know that the market is slow but I have some close friends who are real estate agents and they tell me things are picking up. However, they do not go to school so I cant ask them for this advice.
