Is Sega ever going to come out with another system?

Since the Dreamcast was Sega` last system, they haven`t really been doing much beside making games crap. I want to know if they will ever make a new system. I consider the Dreamcast the first real game system and the last old one. It was like the pioneer system.
 
most likly im suprised that a ps20 hasnt been made. or a wii 13. you know what i mean. you save a millian dollors too buy a ps3 then out of the blue here come a whole new game system.
