is running from the living room to the kitchen good exercise?

I run from my the tv which is at the end of the living room to the deep freeze freezer that's in the end of the kitchen my house is like, living room dining room kitchen so it isn't real big and I run for like 10 minute straight back and forth like sprints 10 minutes straight and before that I do 40 sit ups and 5o pushes up before and after the run so is that good or do I need to work out more, I only work out at night,don't ask why cause I don't know why, so is it enough or do I need to do more, tell me please
