I am not overweight or anything, I would just like to get some exercise to tone up and flatten my tummy. I weigh 127lbs and I'm 5ft8. I am a UK size 8-10 and just want to pull in and tighten up a little.
I used to love rollerblading when I was a kid and I've just bought myself a new pair, cos I love it so much, my only question is, can this help me flatten my tummy? I'm not really bothered about how I look, cos I find it fun...
