Is Richard Feynman's "Lectures on Physics" outdated?

I'd like to buy and read Feynman's renowned series, but I'm wondering if the science in it, as innovative and well-written as it is, is simply outdated. It is, after all,forty years old, and we've made many discoveries since then. Thanks.
