haha i want to lose some weight and get fit. basically ive cut out pop and fast food. my plan is to workout 5 days a week right after school for atleast an hour. i drink usually non pop drinks like gatorade, koolaid, caprisun and water. ive started to bring fruit to school for lunch like grapes and oranges. i bought those lean gourmet food packages i bring to school too. haha i dont know what else to do. any suggestions?
