No.

To answer those who are saying that UAW is at fault, try to think of unions, not just the UAW, this way - Unions are often the only real higher education in life that some people get. Are you going blame a college or university students or faculty for the mistakes the President or chancellor of a university makes, or the dean of a college?

Well, considering the Union (which is all made up of GM's 'workers') is half of the PROBLEM, yes. That Union has done nothing but try to bankrupt GM. I'm not defending the company I'm just saying that the Union is just as guilty as anyone else.

Of course not!

It's not right to punish any employees of any company for what their bosses do - unless they are being ordered to do something illegal on behalf of their bosses and instead of refusing and calling the proper authorities they just go ahead and do it - then they should be punished.

But for something they had nothing to do with? Absolutely not.

YES!!!!They're UAW aren't they? They sided with the UAW so it's only right their UAW bosses get to keep their jobs(and perks)while they lose theirs.

I'm sorry.You said GM Execs...Yes..........They're UAW...repeat......

You people chose your direction. Now it haunts you,and I don't care.

No but then the unions have to take their fair share of the blame for the mess those companies are in

no. i think we need to find a way to hold the execs. accountable for their fraudulent behaviors, like seizing their fortunes to put towards the bail outs.
