...cant wait need answers quick? you go on the floor and lay there and you put your hands up and like pretend theres handle bars there like your riding a bike and put your feet up and pretend theres peddles there and like ride a bike on the floor.
 
If you are referring to bicycle crunches, then yes, they are good for your abs.
 
no dont be silly!!!when your riding a bike your using more energy which is going to burn calories and tone muscles it would also be good to cycle on uneven ground and up hills as your working the muscles harder pretending to do it on the ground wont be half as effective as actually cycling.
