Is Photoshop easy to learn?

Yes the basics are very easy, but to become a pro you have to keep practising it and use short cut keys effectively
 
It is certainly not difficult to learn but like anything in life it will take time. Try looking up some online tutorials to help you learn faster.

Also once you've learned photoshop you pretty much learned illustrator as well, as they are very similar. Bonus :)
 
Once you get the basics and start to get a feel for it and gets much easier.

Try looking for some tutorials online to help.
