Is Pharamaceutical Science a better major compared to Public Health?

I was stuck between transferring to either pharmaceutical science and public health. I decided just yesterday to transfer to pharamaceutical science as the curriculum has a solid science background. I am considering a health professional school such as pharamacy, optometry, and medical school. Would a bachelor in Pharmaceutical Science help me later on in these schools? Thanks
