It has become so common that when soldiers die in Afghanistan and iraq it no longer even makes head line news. Coffins keep coming into america, Britain and australia regularly. When the funerals are conducted with full military honors and after the dead men are promoted high up the rank that's finished. From there onwards only the families of these dead men carry the pain .

How do you explain that?
