okay so the tooth in front of the impacted wisdom tooth site had been filled in as a cavity about a week ago, it has been shattered by the sideways growing wisdom tooth that I had removed last thursday. I had no pain from this tooth or anything until today. it started out of no where and when I gently touched it with my tongue it feels like the bottom of the tooth has barely any gum left to it. I explained all to my dentist to how everything is healing and she says everything is normal sounding and she didnt know of the pain as it didnt happen till a few hours later. what would you call it as? sympathy pain? or pain due to the pressure being pushed on it and it touching my bruised jaw bone nerve? dont worry I will call my dentist tomorrow and speak to her
