Is our children getting the best education in the world?

America has always been the best in almost every field. However, in the past 2 years ever since Obama has taken office, the scores of tests have plummetted and system is lagging. With the way the economy is: is our children getting the best education in the world? Something needs to be done to ensure our kids are in the top. Children from poor nations like China and India are succeeding. Hmmmm
