Is Orion National Highschool a good highschool?

My dad's company is moving to Kuwait and we(daughters) have to go back to the Philippines.
I currently reside in Abu Dhabi.
My mom said we will be going to Orion National Highschool in Bataan,is it a good school?Will I be able to enter UST,UP or Ateneo if I study there?Is the academics good?Please Help
