I have 4 grand saved up right now by the time i am 16 i will have at least 10 and my parents are going to match it i want to buy a toyota supra twin turbo can i get one for around 12 or 15 grand and if i get the car what should i put on it like should i put on a body kit if it doesnt have one or should i buy nos kit and are they illegal.
