Is NAMBLA real or just a joke on South Park?

I thought it was a really funny episode lol!! Are they real though ?? If so do they have state offices Lol!! They are freaks!! I live in Texas .. do they have an office here too??

Yeah. It's real. After that South Park episode, I looked it up. I couldn't believe it. Those freaks ought to be all locked up.

It is real and highly protected by the ACLU, while the boy scouts are attacked by the ACLU
