So i was riding my dirt bike, and i hit a ditch and flew forward on dirt, and my stomach was all scraped up pretty bad, i got home took a shower, then put neosporin on it, and bandaged it all up, i took off the bandages and let it sit for a couple of days and now, its covered with a yellow scab (dont know if thats normal or not) and around it it's kind of pinkish looking, and sometimes when i put neosporin on it, it starts to ooze out some kind of clear liquid stuff, and if i tap it with a white napkin, its kinda yellowish, and im wondering now if it is infected or not, should i be worried, please answer quickly??
