Is my restaurant breaking the law? CO?

I live in Colorado and my restaurant takes days to give us our tips. Now usually I would think, especially being in a hotel, that we should have cash on hand to get our money? But this isn't the case.. Are they breaking the law? I thought they had 48 hours, but maybe I'm wrong? Please help me, they're playing with my emotions! Thanks haha
