Is my Photography any good? and any tips to improve?

I'm 15, and have only been practicing photography for 9months or so, but i really would like opinions on my photography because i have no idea whether i'm any good or not- I would really like to do photography as a career : especially fashion photography so any advice&opinions would be really helpful
