Is my OMNIA dead ???

Hi Guys,
I have a Samsung Omnia that won't boot anymore.
First I see the Omnia logo followed by the red vodafone screen. After that the phone just reboots again and again and again.

The phone was just standing on the table doing nothing, suddenly the phone went of and keeps rebooting.

Is there anything I can try to do to fix it ?

Oh by the way, when my phone is not connected to a PC thru the USB cable I cannot power on my omnia..
When the usb cable is connected, the phone automatically powers up the phone. After that the phone is keep rebooting..
