my daughter's 11 days old and it seems like during the day she wants to eat almost ever hour. I try and feed her at least 2 oz at each feeding but it just seems like she wants more later. I've tried increasing the oz but she always falls asleep before she can finish it. Also, I've noticed she has a hard time taking a nap in her room (does better sleeping out in the family room with my son and I). She gets so tired when eating but when I put her down for a nap, she just wakes up. She does pretty good at night though (she'll get up every 2 hours or so to eat and almost always finishes her 2 oz bottle).

2 oz every hour is normal. Everything you've mentioned is normal.

Thy slowly increase their intake AND why wouldn't she like to be around the "normal" sounds of the household to feel safe. Sleeping in her room can be slowly adapted as she gets older & takes longer naps (not a bunch of short ones).

It sounds like she is doing fine. She could be going through a bit of a growth spurt. My daughter was the exact same way when she was first born for the first few months so I wouldn't worry at all.

I would say it depends on how much your baby weighed, my baby weighed 8lb 10.5oz and was drinking 4oz every 3 hours. Try to keep her away when feeding and I know its hard but she doesn't sound like she is taking enough and thats why she is hungry again so soon after.
