is my new fish ok help?

just bought a red devil which i have been waiting over a month for. i set thetank up over a month ago and the ammonia is 0.25 with a strong filter. the fish has swam around a bit and is just sittin in the corner alot of the time. i no he is stressed but is he ok? i no i should of waited till the tank was better but the fish store rang me 2day and they only had one, cause its all they could find, and they said if i dnt take it i could be waitin over a month for another. its a 200btw and i did a water change earlier 2DAY
