ok like my brother got busted for underage drinking at my house and my mother was held responsible ( my brother is 18, 19 in august ) and he only got charged for internal possession and my mom went to court and they said that she wasn't allowed to have anyone in the house and no Alcohol in the house, so today the cops came by for a paper ( nothing just a little thing ) then they saw my friend here and they said that she was going to jail just like this " pointed at my friend said who's that my mom said **** then they said that's it your going to jail " there was no judge in so she couldn't go to court today, and they found Alcohol downstairs ( only person allowed to have any is my mom i think ) this is her first major thing with the courts EVER like we went to court for my dog being lose and one time for shoplifting but it was eat or survive. actually 2ce for shoplifting but like i said it was for a good reason and they kinda thought so too, i don't think that will be brought up though, they said she will go to jail for 1 year ( we are good friends with the cops in this town they have helped us alot ) so if my mom goes and talks to the Chief of police cant she just get like a fine and community service im only 16 and im on probation for the 2nd time for not going to school, so i would go live with my dad in mass i live in NH and i start drivers ed on august 17th so cant she say something about that too? how serious is this is it like a CLASS A FELON?
is my mother gonna go to jail or can she get off the hook?
