then after adding water to it/playing with it several times so I can hear, it made a light pop-like sound but it's not in pain, so I bought some "Murine-earagate" solution but I don't know if it's cleaning out the wax or if I popped an eardrum?-any ideas?

there may be some water still in your ear making it harder for your ear to recieve sound - but I still think you go to a doctor!

I had the same problem. The remaining earwax probably just re-clogged it.

Stick with it, cleaning it out a little bit each day. You'll get it cleared up after a while.

use rubbing alcohol and lay on your right side to let the alcohol remove the earwax....do this for about 5 minutes and you will hear a bubbling sound which means the earwax is coming out of your ear canal. Then once you don't hear the bubbling sound anymore after a few minutes, flip your head to the left side and using a rag or towel hold it to your left ear and use it to wipe the earwax which has drained out of your ear onto the towel....this should solve your problem... i hope i explained this right! LOL
