Is my house haunted (read detail)?

ive been interested in the paranormal for a long time and ive done research of the paranormal for 2 years and got some devices such as a emf detector and a ghost box (franks ghost-box) and ive had weird things happen to me like a white mist figure floats across my room and scared me to death but the other thing is that i no when somethings will happen before they do and i have visions when i go to bead and it happens real life. (i kinda keep it to myself because people will call me crazy(i always no when to go to the microwave 3 seconds before my foods done every time some how ha ha)) And on my emf detector never gets any thing abnormal but the ghost box when i asked if any ones hear i heard jason and i did another one when i woke up because i heard a ding and i ask for its name and got jason on the ghost box and i asked 3 different times and heard the same thing my grandmother passed away last December and we keep the earn in a cabinet and on Christmas we have a electrical ordainment that sings when u push the button and it goes off mysteriously, and ive had toilet paper un Ravel its self on its own lol.BUT OUR HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 2004 and only one other family lived here before us.(i have no history of the family like if someone died or not)so could my house have a spirit please help thanks
