don't try to fix it yourself. have it towed to a garage in the morning. This sounds bad! better hope you have the money to pay for the fix.

has it sucked in water or been flooded? water does not compress, so on no account turn engine over with spark plugs in or you may blow seals / gaskets, you could try turning it over with them removed to expell water, but is water in intake/ fuel? Is there water in oil/ oil in radiator ( head gasket?) a little more info required
