so i have a 2005 ford escape and when i am on my drive way and on the slant i put on the emergency brake and put it in neutral and i roll backwards. i even pull it up all the way and i still roll, i am wondering if i need new emergency brakes or what.. or do they only become active when in park or what? i bought it like a month ago. so i have no idea. any suggestions or anything would help...
