You also have symptoms of long-term exposure to mold, if that's a possibility in your case. Especially with the fatigue and dark circles.
Also, no matter what type of flooring, some of us have to be vigilant at regular cleaning. Dust and in some cases, pet hair, will accumulate and can make some of us sneeze and just be overly sensitive, for some reason. So rough-type flooring would need to be removed of accumulating dust, and whatever else gets on there. I have lived on sub-floor, many years ago, and still had to do this. Are you able to do this, or is it still a problem irregardless?
