Is my cousin headed for jail?

I keep getting texts from my cousin about things that she has done that are normally not her. She used to go to church, go to college, work everyday...basically your average goody-goody. Now I am finding out that she has a tattoo, has had a few martinis, fakes being sick from work, wants to go bar hopping, want to try cocaine and shoplifting. She is 25, I am worried about her. She is also a lot angrier than she used to be. She has started to play with fire a lot and has started to "joke" about the fact that she wishes certain people were dead. Should I be concerned that she is headed for jail?
 
I think she's just going through a stage. She's getting a taste of freedom and she's getting carried away. Maybe you need to talk to her. Don't preach to her but maybe express your concerns and tell her you care about her. The rest will need to come from her.
 
Jail would be the least of her worries. She is headed down a one way street that is leading to jail, institution or death
