Is my clutch bad, on mazda 1995 626?

I just got this mazda 626 1995, when I change gear i have to push the clutch ALLLLLLLL the away in, otherwise I can change the gear. I had other stick shifts cars but there clutchs where never like this. how can I fix this issue
 
the way to tell if the clutch is bad, is to put the car in 4th gear and then release the clutch while the engine is running. If the engine stalls immediately, the clutch is still good. If the engine just slows and nearly stalls, the clutch is bagged.

I think the clutch disk is baked
 
You could just be low on clutch fluid. Look for the clutch reservoir and fill to mark with regular brake fluid. Outside of that a bad master or slave cylinder on your clutch system could be causing trouble.
