charges were drop.? The judge threw the charges out, but the school board will not let him play football, they will only let him enroll back in school.
 
Depends what the charges were. Also it is the schools discretion if they feel he could be a danger to the other sports kids. He really just needs to prove himself to the school that he is ready and willing to be "good" to their liking.

You and your child have agreed to this allowance of discretion by agreeing for the child to go to that school in the first place.
 
If the charges were dropped, that's the same as there having been no charges.

If your son was allowed to return to his school but can't play football, something else may be going on here.

You may want to get a lawyer.
