Separate them... NOW!
You never should have had them in the same tank to begin with, and you really should have done your research before getting a pet.
That said, she's probably just in shock. Find yourself a clean container to put her in if you don't have another tank and go buy some aquarium salt from the store. Add about a teaspoon of aquarium salt for every gallon of water - it'll help keep her cuts clean while they heal. Change the water every day or two, depending on how small the container is... and I suggest going and buying her a proper tank of her own at some point, because you CANNOT keep a male and female betta together, unless there are at least three females, and even then it sometimes doesn't work.
And - just checking - you are using either purified water or spring water in the tank, right?
