K Kayla New member Nov 26, 2009 #1 I got a betta fish about 6 hours ago (my first fish). It just seems kinda lifeless so i'm wondering, is that normal? I'm worried it's going to be dead by morning when I wake up. I've got everything i need in there for it i'm pretty sure.

G Gerbil Lover New member Nov 26, 2009 #2 He could just be getting use to his new surroundings. He should have at least 2.5 gallons, a heater, and a filter to keep him thriving and happy.
