Is my 06 Honda Civic car battery dead?

I was cleaning the interior today and it was hot so I turned the car's battery (key turn 3/4 way, without starting the engine) and had its radio and fan running for about an hour and half. At the end, the radio started powering itself off (like it was dimming and turning off), so I turned off the ignition.

After that, I tried starting the car, and the car wouldn't start. The power would turn on and the engine would make a repetitive startup sound (like a very quick repetitive sound loop), but wouldn't run (engine wouldn't run).

Is my battery dead? Do I need to replace a battery?

you dont need to replace the battery just jump the car and run it for a good 10 to 20 minutes so the altenator can charge the battery back up and then everything will be ok
