I remeraber that in my favourite episode, The Springfield Files (that X-files spoof), Burns asked him if he was going to do something gay on that Friday night, he Smithers looked so erabarassed and shocked as if he was caught.
Hehe, and he so has the hots for his boss that he can't be straight.
