I mean I read an article about civilians and a few military members complaining about how much they get paid. It really seems like its the married spouse with children doing the most complaining, struggling living off of her husbands military pay and her civilian job or jobs. Maybe the military is only fit for singles, I mean from what I hear when your single they give you everything(food, clothes, shelter, benefits, etc.) and on top of that you get paid monthly for the job that they also give you. Im a single, college student, no car(but I have my license), and to be a girl im pretty frugal with the way I spend my money. I mean it would be nice to buy and wear the designer clothes that I wanted if I had that kind of money to spend but I don't. However, Im pretty content (as far as right now goes) with what I have. But, I am definitely working hard so I can have more out of life. It just feels better knowing you worked hard for something, am I right. But my real question to our military serving for or who has served for our country, how do you feel about your pay?
